An important step was the early establishment of a call centre to strengthen the service concept. “Our approach is customer- and solution-oriented, putting the customer at the centre of all our activities.” With three locations in Bavaria and Tyrol, ISGUS-bavaria addresses regional differences in a targeted manner. “Tyrol is subject to different working time regulations than Germany and is characterised by tourism and many small businesses,” explains Mr. Schwaighofer. Nevertheless, the challenges are pretty much the same: “Solutions for time recording, access control, and HR management are required in both markets. The need for digital processes and legally compliant billing is the same.” The company is particularly proud of its market leadership in the municipal sector in Southern Bavaria, where the comprehensive ZEUS® portfolio is widely used. “It is difficult to single out a specific ZEUS® module, as the entire range is in high demand.” Mr Schwaighofer has been part of ISGUS-bavaria since its foundation in 1993. After holding various technical positions, he took over as branch manager in 2016. “I have close ties to the company and enjoy my work.” He particularly appreciates the direct contact with employees and customers at all three locations. “Visibility and approachability are important to me. Whenever the nature of a project requires it, I am regularly on site.” For him, teamwork is based on trust, respect, and responsibility. “We greatly value personal contact at eye level.
