From his early years in ice hockey to his later enthusiasm for golf, both disciplines have taught Niklas Beetz the value of continuous improvement, dedication, and the pursuit of new challenges. Which experiences on your journey so far have had a particular impact on you? ISGUS has been a part of Niklas Beetz‘s life for as long as he can remember. When he was still a child, his father used to take him along on business trips and various appointments. These early experiences not only introduced him to ISGUS, but also fostered a deep personal bond that has remained with him ever since. With the successful completion of his master’s degree, he laid a strong foundation for the next stage of his personal and professional journey. His academic career not only provided him with valuable knowledge and experience, but also taught him the importance of perseverance, initiative, and continuous development – qualities that remain a defining part of his professional life today. A particularly memorable ISGUS event for him is the 125th anniversary celebration at Kraftwerk Rottweil. It was there that he first gained a true appreciation of the company’s scale, tradition, and the responsibility it carries; a defining moment when the company’s heritage became truly tangible, helping him understand the significance the workplace holds for so many people across generations. Unsurprisingly, his favourite place at ISGUS is his own office. What do you think sets a family business apart? For Niklas Beetz, a family business is distinguished above all by a strong work ethic, dedication, and personal commitment.
