Every organisation irrespective of its size has a legal obligation to provide a reliable fire or call management system. In the case of an emergency it is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that everyone in the building including staff and visitors are checked and accounted for. To keep your business and your employees safe you need access to real-time Time and Attendance data telling you exactly who clocked in and where they are with just the push of a button. Therefore, we have developed a Fire Roll Call App that integrates with our ZEUS® T&A solution ensuring that you can confidently do all that on a PC, mobile phone or tablet.

From the app, each fire officer is able to check all present personnel on the list. Each employee or visitor checked is marked as safe when being at the assembly point, and is then added to the safe list. In case there is more than one fire officer, additional officers will see who is marked safe in real-time.

Various filters and search functions allow a quick and colour-coded overview of employees being “open” (not yet seen at the assembly point), “secure” (arrived at the assembly point and ticked off) or “punched out” (absent at the moment of the fire). A notepad function completes the new ISGUS fire Roll Call App, enabling comments to be made for each person. Furthermore, this app will completely eliminate printed onsite lists. Envisage a dark, windy night with pouring rain and a printed list!
